Terms Of Access

These terms describe the conditions for accessing and operating within the PropFirm Manager service.

Invitation-only access

PropFirm Manager is a controlled service. Access is granted only to users approved by Vanquish Capital, and accounts are created manually by an authorized operator.

Authorized use

Users may only access the service for the workflows and accounts that have been assigned to them. Credential sharing, unauthorized automation, scraping, abuse of system resources, or attempts to bypass access controls are prohibited.

Pre-release service

The platform is provided for evaluation, operations, and controlled rollout. Features, availability, and interfaces may change without notice while the service continues to evolve.

Operational communications

By using the service, approved users agree to receive essential transactional communications related to account setup, access recovery, and platform operations. These messages are not marketing communications.

Security and suspension

Vanquish Capital may suspend or revoke access where necessary to protect platform integrity, enforce user ownership boundaries, or investigate misuse, incidents, or policy violations.
